Thank you for your purchase and we hope you are happy with your purchase. However if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to use for a store credit or exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Return the product within 7 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note refund are 5-7 working days from day of approval.
To return an item, please email customer service at info@bossmoms.co.za to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number,
place the item securely in its original packaging and the item must be in the same condition it was sent. The product must still be in the protective net, mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be refundable. In the exception that will be communicated, we may grant an exchange
